Bonnie Chambers has 18 amazing years of experience and over $150 million in real estate production thus far in her career. She combines this experience with enthusiasm helping people buy, sell, build, and invest in real estate along the beautiful North Carolina coast.

Her passion is helping everyone from first time buyers and sellers to empty nesters, real estate investors to those building their dream homes. She also works with corporate relocation clients and enjoys helping those who serve our country through USAA.

She has represented builders and developers from start to finish in several successful neighborhoods, from finding the dirt, choosing plans and selections, marketing and selling the homes.

Her love for her community shines with her commitment in volunteering and contributing to local charities.
She delivers meals for Home Delivered Meals for elderly in Wilmington, sponsors local youth sporting activities such as Film To Field, assists with fundraising for Wilmington Area Rebuilding Ministry (W.A.R.M.), and a portion of every sale is donated to local charities through Coldwell Banker .
