We have had numerous problems with acquiring our property (none of which were her fault) and she worked tirelessly to get them solved for us. Not only acting as our agent, but also as our eyes and ears as we were living out of state while the process was ongoing. We had some very specific requirements and she was extremely patient finding us the right property. 09/07/2011 - My3kidz60 Bought a home in 2011 in Boiling Springs, Murphy, NC 28906. My husband and I walked into Country Homes and Land in Murphy, NC in October 2010 on a whim. We had been searching on-line for a vacation/retirement property in the area and were visiting Murphy to experience the change of season in the mountains. We were fortunate to meet Bonnie DuPree who was friendly, had extensive knowledge of the various areas located within Murphy, attentive to our wish list, and most important to me, not a pushy salesperson. Bonnie knew what we were looking for and never made a property seem like the perfect fit until we found the one that had everything we hoped for. We continued to search with Bonnie via the email/internet from our home in Florida, and this past May, while on a house-hunting trip, we found the our dream property in the same neighborhood Bonnie suggested we rent a home for the week. Bonnie negotiated an excellent price and we closed without any issues in June. We have purchased several properties during the course of our lives and never had the pleasure of working with a more personable, efficient, and well-informed realtor. 08/13/2013 - user7933476 Sold a home in 2013 in Boiling Springs, Murphy, NC 28906. Bonnie did an excellent job with the listing and selling of my property. She took lots of pictures and they were available on numerous web sites. She gave me feedback on showings and took a caravan of agents from her office to view the property. One of the most important things to me was being able to communicate with her. She returned calls and emails promptly. I would gladly recommend her to anyone needing real estate services.

01/26/2012 - ucfknight1039 Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Murphy, NC. Bonnie was everything you could ask for in a Real Estate Agent. When we let her know we were looking in the area, she sent us at aleast 25 potential homes that met our criteria. We eliminated a few and she spent an entire day showing us homes. Her knowledge of the market was excellent. After our initial visit we narrowed our sights on 2 homes. We made repeat visits on short notice and she was always willing and able to accomodate. Prior to submitting an offer, we had many email conversations. She was always prompt in returning emails and answering questions. When we did submit an offer, she worked with both the Seller(s) and ourselves to keep things moving and on track to reach an executed contract. Once the contract was executed, she was invaluable in helping us connect with the right people to fascilitate due dillegence and finally a closing.
