Bonnie, a Cary local and former New Yorker, was born in upstate NY and relocated to Cary with her family in 1989. She spent her formative years attending Catholic school in Raleigh. After completing a BFA in Design at UNC-Greensboro, Bonnie moved to New York, NY, embarking on a diverse career that eventually led her to Real Estate. After more than a decade away, Bonnie returned to Cary with her family to pursue their dreams of homeownership, providing her with a unique perspective as both a Triangle local and transplant, enabling her to effectively serve clients in either situation.
In 2013, Bonnie purchased her first home and obtained her NC Real Estate license, marking a momentous year in her life. With professional experience in Real Estate, Bonnie has also worked for several boutique architectural firms and PR and marketing agencies in NYC. Since 2007, she has successfully freelanced as a graphic designer. These varied experiences contribute to her knowledge base, which she utilizes to assist clients in achieving their Real Estate buying and selling goals. Bonnie represents both Buyers and Sellers, with a special interest in guiding first-time homebuyers through the joy and excitement of this milestone. Currently residing in downtown Cary with her husband, Doug, owner of Chatham Street Wine Market, along with their son Gabe, daughter Mari, and their rescue pup Chicken Biscuit, Bonnie is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to her clients.
