Bonnie Mullin did not start her professional life as a Realtor. Upon graduating from college, she entered the retail field and was a Buyer for a major department store for 15 years. Then came marriage and baby carriages, and she moved onto her next career as a professional volunteer for her children's schools. Whether it was an auction, fashion show, shopping night or family bingo - you name it, she chaired it! When her oldest child went off to college, she went off to Real Estate School. She has been a Realtor for 12 years and, during that time, she has represented clients throughout Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, and Bucks counties. In addition to being a member of the Pennsylvania Associations of Realtors, she is also a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors. To her, her career in real estate is not a job but a passion. She is dedicated to helping her Buyers find their dream house whether it be their first home, forever home, or “empty nester” home. It is her mission to guide them through the home buying process from the beginning of their search to the settlement table and everything that occurs in between. She is equally committed to finding the right Buyer for her Sellers. When listing a property, she provides her Sellers with a market analysis so their property is appropriately priced, offer suggestions for getting their home "listing ready", and devise a marketing proposal to attract potential buyers. She is there from the moment the “For Sale” sign goes up until the “Sold” sign comes down. Her clients are like family to her, and she only wants the best possible outcome for them.
