About Bonnie

I started my Real Estate career in 2004 to support my family. With 3 children in private school, and no income to pay expenses, it was a very scary time but I hit the ground running! I have been a Top Agent every year since.

I believe there is always something good in the trials in our lives and the challenge of having to be the breadwinner for my family helped me find my niche. I love helping people sell their home for the best price the market will bear and/or find the home of their dreams. You will discover that I listen to the needs and desires of my clients and then I go to work to find it in a new home. When a move is in order I will handle getting your home sold as quickly as possible and try to eliminate some of the stress of the relocation.

I have lived in Florida since 1965 when my parents moved our family of 7 from Fairhope, Alabama and cannot imagine living anywhere else. I also cannot imagine working anywhere else but in Real Estate. So I have been here a long time and use that experience in helping others decide where they would like to live here.

I graduated from Clearwater High and attended the University of South Florida as a dance major but after getting a job with the Post Office as a Letter Carrier (making more than my mom with a Master’s Degree), I decided not to continue in school. After 13 years there, my last day was the day I went into labor with our first child. While raising our children, I ran my own Shaklee Nutrition business and later sold insurance part time for a Fraternal Insurance Society. I understand the importance of good schools and safe neighborhoods for your children.

I have a goal of helping my children get college degrees without massive student loan debt. (Two down, one more to go at this writing!) And I love the fact that if I help enough others achieve their goals I can achieve mine! Please allow me to help you anywhere in the Tampa Bay areas of Apollo Beach, Ruskin, Riverview, Brandon, Valrico, and Lithia to name a few. I especially love selling the waterfront and have a lot of experience doing so.
