About BONNIE

I was born in Durango, Colorado and after years of moving because of my father’s job, after graduating from High School, moved back to beautiful Colorado in the Grand Junction area. I landed a job as a receptionist in a real estate company, working my way up to an office manager, and closer for real estate transactions. I obtained my real estate license in 1988 and received my Broker’s license in 1998 upon going out on my own. For the last 26 years I have worked with a developer who created a 55+ community of independently owned townhomes and single-family homes, with a club house and no lawn maintenance. Real estate has been very rewarding to me in assisting individuals to obtain homeownership and you meet a ton of nice people.

I love the mountains, fishing, photography and currently raising my great-granddaughter, who is becoming a beautiful person of her own.

The Grand Junction, Fruita area is a great place to live with a lot of amenities all around not far away.
