We had dealt with 3+ agents and had 1 week left to sign a new lease and pack and move. With such a short time crunch we were desperate. None of the agents we worked with understood the sense of urgency in our situation nor were they responsive. One Friday night we messaged a new agent, Bozena, not having much faith. This was Friday 7:20pm. She called us immediately to discuss a few options and paired us with an agent who showed us two properties the next morning at 10am and we ended up signing a lease that day because we loved the unit so much. Bozena helped us out tremendously. What multiple agents couldn’t do in weeks, she did overnight without even meeting us. Bozena you’re an amazing agent. Seriously the best!
