Bozena Pniewski

After 30 years in Publishing (Yellow Pages) I became a real estate agent to assist buyers and sellers in their real estate transactions in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. I was born and raised in Wroclaw, Poland, moved to Clearwater, FL in 1984 where I’ve lived here since. I’m a native Polish speaker (Mowie po Polsku).
When you hire me to be your real estate agent, I will become your trusted resource for answers about the process of buying or selling your property. I will use innovative marketing strategies to advertise or to find a property, you’re looking for. I will study the neighborhood and its features, so that I can become a pricing expert and ad adviser in the area.
Selling your house or finding a house of your dreams will become my priority and I will use all my negotiation skills to make sure, that I sell your house in the shortest amount of time and for the most amount of money. I will provide my support through the closing and beyond.
