Choosing a real estate agent is not about finding someone who is simply friendly or visible. It is about finding someone competent.
Real estate is one of the largest financial decisions most families will ever make. It deserves more than enthusiasm. It requires judgment, experience, and the ability to think ahead.
I have lived in Williamsburg my entire life and have been serving clients here for nearly twenty years. I hold a degree in Economics and an MBA from William and Mary, but more important than any credential is how I use it. I study the market closely. I analyze pricing trends. I pay attention to negotiation patterns. I look for risk before it becomes a problem.
Most sellers are not just selling a house. They are navigating retirement, a job transfer, an estate situation, or a move closer to grandchildren. My role is to protect their equity, reduce uncertainty, and guide them with clarity.
Most buyers are not afraid of writing a strong offer. They are afraid of overpaying or inheriting someone else’s deferred maintenance. I help them see what others miss and make decisions they can feel confident about years from now.
I will tell you the truth about pricing. I will challenge assumptions when needed. I will work hard to make sure the process is smooth and the outcome is strong.
A little about me personally. I am a lifelong local, a husband, a dad, and a follower of Christ. My faith guides my work, and I seek to honor God in how I serve my clients. That means putting your interests ahead of my own and doing things the right way, even when it would be easier not to.
I do not chase volume. Most of my business comes from referrals because clients trust me to handle things properly.
If you are serious about making a smart move in Williamsburg or the surrounding Peninsula, I would welcome the chance to sit down, talk through your goals, and build a plan that makes sense.
Let’s have a real conversation.
