Brad Bannister is a full time Realtor since 1975, a CRS designation since 1990 and his Broker license in1984. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management California State University.
His philosophy is to look out for the best interest of the client always, always, always. Keep them informed, never lie, or misrepresent and be honest to a fault. They will become raving fans

Brad is affiliated with the National Association of Realtors, (NAR) California Association of Realtors, (CAR) Santa Clara County Association of Realtors, (SCCAOR) South County Realtors Alliance (SCRA), Certified Residential Specialist, (CRS) Gilroy Rotary, Brad served on the Gilroy Planning Commission for eight years and represented the Commission on other city boards.
Brad attended Gilroy schools and Chico State and is a Gilroy resident with one daughter. He is incredibly involved in the community.
