Brad Bauer has over 15 years of real estate experience in the Columbus area. As a native to central Ohio, Brad is passionate about helping clients navigate and win multi-offer negotiations in the great neighborhoods of Columbus and surrounding suburbs.

Brad is committed to helping clients break down and simplify the home buying process. He’s skilled at researching and presenting optimal financing options, negotiating the purchase contract and guiding clients through inspections. Brad believes in partnering with clients, every step of the way, until they close on their next home.

With a background in finance and investment real estate, Brad is an experienced advisor, helping clients understand how their biggest asset, their home, fits into their investment portfolio. Through close analyzation of past and future trends, he discovers opportunities for real estate investment clients with proven growth and cash flow. Brad can assist with property/tenant management, tax maneuvering, and investment financing.

Brad has a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Capital University, and Bachelor degrees in finance from Ohio University, and information technology from Devry University. He is a Buckeye fan and enjoys being outdoors, camping, and coaching youth sports. Brad resides in Grandview with his wife, Kelly, and their three children.
