Brad Beutel

Brad Beutel joined the Dallas office of TenantBase in 2019 as a Senior Advisor. He served as the Dallas Market Lead where he was responsible for the production and growth of the Dallas TenantBase office. His experience in all categories of real estate allows him to serve the needs of all of his clients from restaurants to manufacturers to medical providers. In 2021, TenantBase ceased operations as a broker and Beutel established The Brokerage Advisors out of the former TenantBase Texas operations.

Prior to joining TenantBase, Brad managed and operated a family office of real estate entities and investments. In addition, with a background in financial services and accounting, he has served as both a CFO and CEO of entities in which the family office held an investment interest.

Brad graduated from the University of Texas at Austin after attending Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Virginia where he was initiated into the Alpha Chapter of the Kappa Alpha Order. Married to Dr. Denise Beutel, they have three children, Whitney, Bennett, and Caroline. Previously active supporting his children’s sports activities, he is a former board member of the Texas High School Lacrosse League and President of the Episcopal School of Dallas Booster Club. He enjoys golf and traveling with and to see his children who live all around the country.
