About Brad

At 22 years old, Brad thankfully persuaded the top agents in the Century 21 Pacific Beach office to let him assist them with anything they needed help with, and he worked full-time as a buyers agent for the top 1% of all Realtors in the Nation. Wow did; he learn some hard lessons fast, but he sure got the education that he needed, and it helped him to build the successful business that he has today.

In 2001, after five hard years of laborious work, Brad successfully sold real estate. He started his own company while working with Century 21 in Pacific Beach.

While still selling residential real estate full time with five full-time employees, he began investing in 2002 and in 2003 with two of his associates who owned an appraisal and mortgage company and formed Buyers Investment Group. It was very successful overall, starting with a group of 10 investors, then quickly growing to over 60. They did everything from simple fix and flip, condominiums, money lending, commercial builds, and purchasing numerous parcels of land in CA, New Mexico, and Arizona. In addition to the good projects, there were also some very tough learning experiences.

At the end of 2012, his broker and business partner Steve Ring, who was like a second dad to him, decided to shift into retirement, so Brad began to look at new opportunities to do what he loves, which is selling real estate, public speaking and coaching Realtors how to sell real estate. He wrote his first of three books called The San Diego Real Estate Survival Guide, which is currently published on Amazon.com along with his two other books, the California Real Estate Survival Guide and The Probate Executor and Administrator’s Survival Guide. He has been coaching privately and for a company called MTI Education, where he currently runs a coaching division. In 2014, he was also thankful to have the opportunity to work with The Beach Seller in Pacific Beach, where he now has his license working as an agent selling new construction (infill residential contemporary new home builds).
