Brad Carlson

Brad is a Gilroy native who grew up in the Real Estate Business next to his father Wayne who was a pioneer in Gilroy Real Estate. It was natural for Brad to join the family business with his dad and Carlson Properties after he graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 1991 with a degree in Business and minor in Marketing. In 1998, Brad started his successful Real Estate Business adopting his father's philosophy. "Treat every client as you would like to be treated." Brad's can-do attitude and know how makes him a stellar choice when choosing a professional to handle the sale or purchase of your largest asset. Brad enjoys spending his downtime with his beautiful 16-year-old daughter Brenn.
