About Brad

My start in real estate was with a high-end property firm called Sea Island Properties, on Sea Island, Georgia (adjacent to St. Simons Island). I started with Sea Island Properties in November of 2006 as an unlicensed assistant. I worked as a coordinator and was later promoted to supervisor, mainly producing flyers, adding and editing property information on the website, taking photographs, property research, accounting activities and other marketing responsibilities. I found this very interesting, which prompted me to take on a career in real estate and I haven’t looked back since. I took my licensing course in St. Simons in 2008 and have been licensed and selling real estate since then. My wife and I had our first child in June of 2011 and our second in November, 2014. We consider ourselves to be very blessed to be able to raise a family in the wonderful community of St. Simons. I originally moved to St. Simons in 2004, the year after I graduated from the University of Georgia.
