Brad's decision to become a realtor was inspired by the same motivation he had while serving the community as a police officer for over 30 years. Brad has let his passion for helping people, whether in uniform during his previous career or at the negotiating table protecting his clients' interests, to serve as his guide.

Brad's family ties to the area go back to about 1780 when his four times great grandfather settled here and helped start Bingham's United Methodist Church in Dyke, VA where he preached and performed marriages for about 50 years. Born and raised in Woodbridge, VA, and a graduate of Woodbridge High School (go Vikings) he is a full-time agent who is an expert in this local area.

Will always recommend Brad. . This is my 5th transaction with Brad. I have had two sales, one purchase, and one rental where he found a tenant for my property. I had an outstanding experience selling my house with Mr. Gibson. During our initial consultation, he did a very comprehensive and thorough job of explaining all of the tools that Coldwell Banker offers in order to get the listing in front of potential buyers as soon as possible. This was important because the last time that I’d sold a home was seven years ago, and social media now plays a much more prominent role in today’s marketplace.

Additionally, Mr. Gibson also took the time to explain other resources that were available, such as real estate brokers and attorneys that we could potentially work with if we needed to.

Finally, Mr. Gibson explained everything that I needed to know to ensure that the photographer would be able to shoot the house so that it would look the best in the online listings. I was able to ensure that I took care of any action items that I had before the photographer arrived.

To sum up, the house sold in three days for the price that we listed it at. Negotiations with the buyer went very smoothly, and I was very pleased with how quickly we able to get everything wrapped up.

Working with Mr. Gibson was outstanding, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell their house.
