I had an outstanding experience selling my house with Mr. Gibson. During our initial consultation, he did a very comprehensive and thorough job of explaining all of the tools that Coldwell Banker offers in order to get the listing in front of potential buyers as soon as possible. This was important because the last time that I’d sold a home was seven years ago, and social media now plays a much more prominent role in today’s marketplace.

Additionally, Mr. Gibson also took the time to explain other resources that were available, such as real estate brokers and attorneys that we could potentially work with if we needed to.

Finally, Mr. Gibson explained everything that I needed to know to ensure that the photographer would be able to shoot the house so that it would look the best in the online listings. I was able to ensure that I took care of any action items that I had before the photographer arrived.

To sum up, the house sold in three days for the price that we listed it at. Negotiations with the buyer went very smoothly, and I was very pleased with how quickly we able to get everything wrapped up.

Working with Mr. Gibson was outstanding, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell their house.
