Brad Green

Brad has been a realtor listing and selling homes since 1988. The first 10 years of his career he was based in Lynnwood WA. Since then, his office has been in the AGC Building on the southwest shore of Lake Union. He is active throughout the Greater Seattle area. Arlington, Issaquah and Burien are all within range. His business is primarily built on past customer and friend referrals.

He enjoys almost everything about homes. He has bought, sold, remodeled, rebuilt, rewired and plumbed and built from the ground up. His wife and he own several rental houses that he has redone. Houses are his thing. In the Seattle market it is important to work with someone who has the experience to spot a problem house before getting involved with the inspections.
