Brad Herrin is an experienced and accomplished Realtor with over 25 years in residential real estate sales. Over those years, he has helped hundreds of clients achieve their real estate goals. Brad has extensive knowledge of San Diego and has sold property throughout San Diego County, from Oceanside to Chula Vista, Scripps Ranch to Lemon Grove. Those sales have given him a wealth of experience in the fine points of negotiating, transaction management, contract details and neighborhood knowledge. Brad attended Point Loma High School and SDSU. He is a Member of the Peninsula Community Planning Board. The Peninsula Community Planning Board is an elected position, a civic organization established by the City of San Diego to advise and provide recommendations to the City of San Diego on land use and development proposals that affect the community. Brad has several roles and responsibilities on the Board. He is the Second Vice Chair and the Chair of the Transportation and Traffic Subcommittee. He is also a member of the Project Review and Election Subcommittees.
Brad lives in Point Loma with his wife. His daughter is off at college. They have a dog, most days they can find them exercising him at their neighborhood parks or strolling through their neighborhood. He enjoys water activities, cooking and traveling.
