Brad Hester is the Broker and owner of the company. He has been brokering transactions in the Tahoe/Truckee area, full time, for over 30 years resulting in hundreds of successful transactions. Brad has forged countless professional relationships through his creativity, knowledge and experience en route to the goal of the principal's success. With an extensive background in all facets of real estate in and around the Lake Tahoe Basin, Brad is well versed in Residential, Commercial, Business and Developmental real estate.

Prior to moving to Tahoe City in 1977, Brad Hester completed his university studies at UC Davis. He was raised and grew up in Los Gatos, California, graduating from Los Gatos High School in 1972.

The Hester's are active in the community. Brad, and his wife Carol, own two retail toy and game stores in Tahoe City and Squaw Valley. They have two daughters. Jessica completed her undergraduate studies at Oregon State and earned her MBA abroad. Jessica is living and working in Tahoe and is active in the family retail and real estate businesses. Kelly finished her undergraduate degree at Cal Poly/ SLO and earned her Masters, in Public Health, at UC Davis.
