Specialized expertise in health care and senior housing facilities, student housing, affordable housing and multi-family properties, including special underwriting programs of LIHTC, FNMA DUS and the HUD Multi-Family Accelerated Processing Program (MAP) in several states, including Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas. Familiar with national and state regulatory and market trends for independent and assisted living, dementia care and skilled nursing facilities, as well as local market conditions through our 45 offices in metropolitan areas throughout the U.S.
