Growing up in Wilmington, NC, he realized at an early age that most people truly desire to live near the coast. As a result, he decided soon after graduating from NC State to get involved in real estate. Over fifteen years later, he has explored the many coastal communities in the great USA, and he hasn’t found one better than where he was born. His construction background allowed him to help these individuals assess real estate opportunities and determine their current market value and income potential. After acquiring several investment properties of our own, his better half and he decided we wanted to enjoy coastal living within walking distance. At that time, we sold several investment properties in the area and moved to Carolina Beach, NC.
