Brad Lanasa

Born and raised in Baltimore County, Brad has a passion for serving the community that is influenced him for a lifetime. As a father of four who grew up playing baseball locally and in travel leagues, he is proud to see his kids participate in similar programs and personally coaches their leagues. His oldest daughter is on track for D1 softball, being scouted by elite universities and you cannot hold a conversation with him without knowing that.

He grew up deeply rooted in the western battalion of Baltimore County’s Police Department, as the son of a patrol officer that was on the first name basis with Arbutus’ residents and that served selflessly until his line-of-duty death in 2015. Therefore, Brad is driven to build a career that can fund enough money to give back to non-profits and drives held by the BCoPD.

Early on in his professional career, Brad worked as a transportation manager for a major corporate entity that serviced Maryland, DC, and Northern VA. In 2017, he decided to take his working knowledge of the territory he served and translate it into helping buyers and sellers navigate their home goals. Since then, he has been recognized as a top agent in the industry, consistently going beyond to help his clients win.

In 2022, Brad co-launched a real estate team within Next Step Realty called A Place and Company. Being a founding member of the company, Brad shares in its desire to outpace his own predetermined potential, continually grow through challenges and be the resource of choice for all his family and friends looking for a lifelong real estate partner.
