We had the honor to work with Brad Lawson during a very difficult time in the real estate market. We had already tried to persuade 3 other real estate agents to be more aggressive selling our home. Even though we are the amateurs in the business, we felt that our ideas should have been considered. I can honestly say that Brad was the only agent that met with us, heard our ideas, asked probing questions, and designed and implemented a strategy that both attracted potential buyers as well as kept us as involved as much as he possibly could. It was so refreshing to have an advisor instead of a salesman. Talk about professionalism! When the time came to purchase a home, Brad was instrumental in negotiating a fair deal between both parties so that we could move into a wonderful home within our dream neighborhood. I must say that the purchasing side of the transaction was less stressful for us because of Brad’s leadership! I can’t express to you just how incredibly competent, professional and talented Brad Lawson is at his job. I would highly recommend Brad and the ERA Showplace team to all of my friends and family without hesitation.
