Homegrown in Kansas City, he is a trained negotiator and communicator - listening to client's needs, assessing situations with efficiency and perspective, and doing the necessary painstaking research himself to make smart recommendations that pay off. Brad views his love for real estate as a continuation of serving others in our community.

In addition to his 30-year career as a policeman, Brad earned a Master’s Degree in Organizational Administration and his Bachelor’s Degree in Management. Brad’s discipline, attention to detail, and understanding of the sales and negotiation process are second to none. Personal experience with several residential renovations ensures clients Brad is all-in to meet their real estate dreams sharing his considerable knowledge, training, and experience.
