Brad McClain is by far the BEST REALTOR I’ve ever had! He helped me find my dream home in western North Carolina. We looked at many possible houses, and when I got discouraged because it seemed like we would not find the right home, he encouraged me to keep looking. There were some roadblocks along the way once the right home was found, but Brad knew what to do in each situation. He is also an expert negotiator and got the best price for me. I told him that I didn’t want to have to rent or move into a rental, and that I wanted to move out of my old house and into my new house in a several days, and he MADE IT HAPPEN! I always felt like Brad had my back throughout the whole house search and even AFTER I moved into my dream home! He has helped me with several issues with my new home even 5 months after I moved here. Brad has a wealth of knowledge about real estate and knows the best person to call for any issue. I can’t say enough about Brad McClain. He’s simply THE BEST!

Brad is a fantastic agent! We hadn’t been in the housing market for 26 years and Brad took us through everything as to what to expect and what would happen when. He is extremely knowledgeable of the western North Carolina market even in terms of buy or build. Brad is highly ethical, up front, and respectful of us and the buyers. We decided to move from CA to NC, buying a house is stressful enough, buying while on a different ( far away) state made it even more daunting. Brad was amazing, he replied immediately to any text I sent, answered every question and got me a great deal on our home.
He paid attention to every detail and made sure we had the best deals on every repair and whatever the home needed, He also made sure they were done correctly, including after closing.

Everything went smooth, he made a stressing situation much easier on us and we are so grateful !
