About BRAD & RENEE

Brad and Renee Carter are a husband-and-wife team. Renee started her career with Aldridge and Southerland in 1997. Brad joined the team in late 2004. He is Greenville native and attended public schools including Eastern Elementary, South Greenville, Greenville Middle School, EB Aycock Junior High, and eventually graduated from JH Rose High School.

After high school, Brad attended East Carolina University and received degrees in Criminal Justice and Construction Management. Brad was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. Brad is a licensed North Carolina General Contractor for both residential and commercial buildings. Brad became a partner of Aldridge and Southerland, Inc. in June 2021 joining Mike Aldridge, Don Southerland, and Jeff Aldridge. Brad still actively represents buyers and sellers along with managing a few additional duties. Brad is also a member of CPAR, NCAR, and the National Association of Realtors.
