Brad Shee

Brad joined the team at MasterCraft Builder Group in May 2012. Having a vast knowledge of new home construction and sales, along with his absolute commitment to customer service would make him a fantastic addition to their growing company. While Brad predominantly focuses on sales and customer service, his love of construction keeps him involved in building homes too.

Brad earned his real estate license while attending Florida State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate. After finishing college, he began working for a Fortune 500 home builder in Jacksonville and, within several months, he was promoted from Customer Service Manager to Construction Superintendent. Brad went on to build over 120 homes for this company until he realized his desire was to move into new home sales. His success was recognized by another national home builder who made him an offer to join their local team. He decided that this opportunity would allow him to keep learning. While selling homes in Northwest St. Johns, Brad was named the top sales agent and, due to his overall knowledge of sales and the construction process, he was named sales trainer for the Jacksonville Division.

As a result of his success and experience in all facets of new home construction, Brad was promoted to President of MasterCraft Builder Group.
