Brad was born outside of Chicago, and moved down to SW Florida over 35 years ago. After growing up in SW Florida, He moved to Orlando to achieve a BS from the University of Central Florida. After the birth of his two kids, he and his wife missed the strength and enjoyment of living close to family, and moved back to the SW Florida area. At this time he changed careers to start his adventure in real estate. His career started in retail real estate over 10 years ago with a strong local broker to learn the skills of retail sales. After a few years, he wanted his knowledge of real estate to grow, and he decided to make a change. He began his hands on learning of investment real estate with distressed residential property acquisitions. After the ability was learned to acquire property at a point that made sense as an investment, he wanted his real estate knowledge to continue to expand. He received his brokers license at this time. Brad has been involved in over 100 distressed property acquisitions, and resale, over the past 8 years. Brad has been a licensed real estate professional for over 12 years, and has held his brokers license for the past 7 years.
