Brad T. Kurtz

I specialize in helping clients buy and sell homes and investment properties. I have been involved in real estate for over twenty years and am passionate about what I does. I am an investor, a developer and a real estate agent. It is rare to find a profession that you both love and feel passionate about, but I have done just that. I listen to my clients and use my vast knowledge of real estate to prepare them to make the most informed decisions possible while getting top-dollar returns on their investments. I strives for excellence, going above and beyond what you would expect from a real estate agent. I am a forward thinking agent who has the mindset of an investor, making my services and knowledge a tremendous asset to both first time home buyers and seasoned investors. My wife and I live on the east side of Santa Cruz where we are raising our two young children. When I am not working on real estate you can find me out surfing at The Lane, practicing yoga, spending time with my family or walking one of his three dogs.
