Brad worked extra hard on several different properties that I was trying to obtain. When I finally found the right match for me he cannot be beat when it comes to detail. Brad stepped up every chance he had to help me get my dream home. His knowledge is endless when it comes to property and homes. If you are lucky enough to have an opportunity to work with him you will be very happy and a whole lot less stressed.

Brad was helpful from the moment my wife and I first spoke to him. We decided to put our home on the market and he was extremely patient with us through the process. He walked us through step by step. We had a couple set backs and you could tell Brad truly cared about us. How could you not want someone like Brad to sell your home. Brad was a pleasure to work with through the process of buying our first home. As first-time buyers, everything about the process was new. Brad took the time to explain everything and make sure we understood how everything worked. He was very responsive through the whole process. If we ever had a question or needed anything, he was just a phone call away. A couple issues arose after the home inspection and with closing. Brad made sure we understood our options a gave sound advice on how to handle the situations. Brad was more like a friend then a realtor through the process. We would highly recommend him to any buyer or seller.
