I normally do not write a lot of reviews but I must for this guy. We first worked with Bradley about 6 yrs ago and my first impression was "this guy will give you his honest opinion; he is direct, no sugar coating and I really appreciated that, especially when buying a house! In those 6 yrs , we have bought and ,now sold, a couple of properties using his service and I would not choose any other realtor! He is VERY professional and down to earth. If you're looking for realtor to help you accomplish your real estate goals, then Bradley is who you need to contact!

Bradley Arnold was recommended as a person who would do the job. After it expired from the other realtor, I sought out Mr Arnold, they were right, he can sale property. My farm in Henderson County, Tn. was secluded, he found a retired military veteran who was looking for exactly what I had for sale. Buyer was equally impressed with Bradley. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the level of service we received from Bradley from United Country Southern Lifestyle Properties. Bradley showed up whenever he said he would, returned texts and emails quickly every time. He told me to sit back and relax and that he would "drive the bus" which he did. We have bought and sold many properties over the years but this was the smoothest deal we've ever had.

It didn't matter that our house was in Henry County. Other realtors wouldn't even return our calls if it was exactly in their area. I wouldn't have a problem using Bradley anywhere in the state.

Phillip White helped change my life. I know that may sound dramatic but, the land that we just bought will be in our family for generations. The owner received several offers for that property but, Phillip pushed my name. He gave my wife and I a chance despite being Ill prepared to buy. We’d never bought land before and didn’t have very much in order. Rather than moving on he pointed us in the right direction and he was with us each step of the way. He responded to quite a few late calls and even gave up a little time during the holidays to assists us. Yes, he served us greatly in doing this but, he also served the owner. By going with us he helped fulfill the owner’s desire to sell to another family rather than an investor. I felt very comfortable with Phillip and trust him. If he didn’t know something, he said so, and he would go find out. He is very easy to talk to and he knows his stuff. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again and if you have the opportunity to you should consider working with him too.

I bought a house from Bradley about a year ago. I was a first time homebuyer with little knowledge of the real estate business. Bradley assisted me in showing me many properties that was in my budget area, along with explaining in detail all the real estate terms that I had no clue about. Bradley went the extra mile in several different ways for us as we looked for investment property. He would gather different information from different sources, organize the data, and provide us with computations that would make the decision to buy or pass on a property a no-brainer. In other words, he did a lot of the leg work for us, which makes life much easier on busy people.
