I highly recommend Bradley Griffin for buying/selling a home in the District/Maryland/Virginia (DMV). Brad's knowledge of the housing market in the DMV and determination to find you the house you are looking to buy is paramount in this competitive housing market. I always recommend Brad to any of my friends/colleagues who are looking for an excellent realtor who listens to his clients needs and delivers opportunities that are tailored to fit those needs. I bought my first home in DC based on the opportunities he found. I also worked with Brad to purchase a second house as an investment property. I trust Brad's expertise and look forward to working with him again in the future.

How lucky I was to have been given Brad's name when I was preparing to sell my Arlington VA condo. It was clear from the start that Brad was very knowledgeable about the local market and how to navigate it to maximize my profits. He gave me good advice along the way and I reluctantly followed most of it. As a result, he exceeded my own expectations. Best of all, he was always easy to work with and maintained a great sense of humor.

Brad earned our 5-star review twice over while selling our home in Maryland. First, he identified and believed in the value of our home, and his effective marketing strategy immediately resulted in tons of interest, even though we priced very aggressively. We were able to field multiple offers very quickly. Then, when last-minute problems arose on the buyer's end, Brad proved to be just as effective in crisis mode, responding quickly to our every question and offering excellent advice. He made a scary process extremely surmountable, and in the end, he sold our home quickly and for a great price!
