Bradly Wilkinson

Brad started his real estate journey in 2016 after transitioning from a job in the construction industry. Coming from a blue-collar background, real estate sales was something very new and different to Brad but that didn’t stop him from finding his niche. His first year in the business he received the rookie of the year sales award followed by becoming a member of his previous brokerages top 5% of agents Internationally. He also received the “rising stars of bay area real estate” award from SF luxe magazine in 2019. More recently, he and his team were featured in business insider and yahoo finance in 2021 for his brokerages “new-school” style of marketing. Brad went out on his own and founded BW&CO. in 2021 and now concentrates on training new agents along with building a real estate brand that he knows will change the perception of what real estate agents are here to do. In his free time Brad enjoys being outdoors with his family, riding his mountain bike, skiing, and working on cars with his dad.
