Brady was born in Lake Forest and grew up in Lake Bluff, where he attended Lake Bluff Elementary and Lake Forest High School. In 2012, Brady graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Management.
Growing up with his father in the industry, Brady’s passion for real estate began at a young age. He became licensed while still in college and was recruited into the logistics industry, but soon after decided to follow his passion into the real estate business. He joined his father’s legacy, local brokerage, Griffith, Grant & Lackie Realtors in 2015. Brady is now a Principal Broker and a 5th generation partner in the firm which was founded in 1903. In 2021, Griffith, Grant & Lackie Realtors affiliated with Compass Real Estate. The GGL Group at Compass is the highest producing team of agents in Lake Forest and Lake Bluff, selling over $222M of real estate in 2022.
Brady communicates well with clients, honing in on their needs. He takes time to get to know his client’s lifestyles so he can help them choose the best area, home, and neighborhood. Brady has a wide range of knowledge throughout Lake Forest & Lake Bluff having lived his entire life there so he is able to help clients get acclimated to the Lake Forest / Lake Bluff lifestyle as well.
Most of all, Brady cares immensely about his clients and treats them all as friends/family. He will go to great lengths to ensure his clients are taken care of. Brady is incredibly patient with his clients and very responsive.
In his spare time, you can find him playing golf, spending time with his family, or walking his dog around Lake Bluff.
