We loved working with Brady & Sophie! My wife and I were searching for our first house and were worried we couldn't find our dream home during the crazy housing market. Brady & Sophie were able to alleviate our concerns almost immediately. They answered questions that we had for months (from when we were looking on our own) and sent us houses that we would be interested in hours after they were listed. This was super important because houses were getting sold within 24-48 hours at the time we were looking. They were also great at using our feedback to narrow down the type of house we were looking for.

Brady and Sophie are also amazing to have when walking through a house. They are easy to talk to and I feel comfortable asking them any question I had about a house. They are great at pointing out areas of a house that might need significant work to them. Most importantly, they are realistic with you when it comes to putting an offer on a house. They aren't afraid to tell you that a house you could see yourself living in might have problems selling in the future. They aren't "yes men" that are trying to just get you in a house as soon as they can. Lastly, it was essential to have them there to bounce around what kind of offer we would need for the current market for a specific house. Before we put in an offer, Brady would tell us a price range that he would expect a house to sell for and what contingencies we could put while also staying competitive. He was very accurate with these estimates which made us feel comfortable that we weren't overpaying with an offer.

All in all, my wife and I had a great experience with Brady & Sophie and would recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I were first time home buyers when we reached out to Brady and Sophie to get a plan going to buy our first home. We met with Brady early on and he helped us understand what the process would be like and what steps to take to set ourselves up to be able to buy. He made sure to explain things in a way we understood and was patient and answered all of our questions. Once we were in a place where we could see properties, he and Sophie went out of their way to use our time efficiently to see as many properties as possible. They took into account what we liked and helped us find those same qualities in other listings. The market was crazy when we were looking at houses and they made sure we knew timelines for every house we saw to give us time to put together offers and when to expect those offers to be reviewed. When we finally found a property and our offer was accepted, they gave us an easy to follow list of things to help us transition into home ownership. They even took time out to come over after we’d gotten moved and settled to check in.

If you’re looking for realtors who are personable, realistic, great at communication, and genuine people, the Daly Team is exactly what you need. We had a great experience with them and will definitely work with them again someday!
