I am nearly a half a century old now with a good working knowledge of agricultural properties from my childhood to present. I am a part-time farmer with a small cattle farm in Summertown TN. I am married with 5 children and try to spend my weekends with the family on the farm. I have specialized in valuation and consultation reports of all types of real estate properties across the state for varying types of clients. Most particularly, though, I love the sales side of the real estate industry. Meeting new people is no challenge for me and the sales industry brings new people into my life on a daily basis. Whether these good folks are a seller looking for an expert advantage to get their property SOLD or a buyer looking to relocate and learn expert market knowledge before buying--I have the resources to assist them with their needs. I enjoy completion of a successful transaction and a happy client/customer. Life is mostly about relationships and making friends and having some fun along the way is a must!
