Very Positive Experience. I met Brady last year when a promising property caught my attention online. She showed me the property and we clicked; she is friendly, genuine, not overbearing. She struck me as transparent and not pushy. While the property was not for me, Brady was. I was not quite ready to purchase, but I didn't realize that. Brady gave me time and space and always made time for me when I wanted to see a property. She had great patience and supported my process. I found a place that worked recently and she was very generous with her time and supported my process and nervousness about buying. I felt very comfortable with her and trusted her. She is knowledgeable about the properties I wished to see and very knowledgeable about the closing process. She made it easy for me. I would highly recommend her without reservation.

Smooth, Very relaxing and informative. First let me start by saying Brady helped my parents purchase their first home together in 2000. So to have her help me purchase my first home is a blessing and a full circle moment. Brady helped me get me get from under purchasing a home that wasn’t for me and helping me find a home that was a great for me in a great area for an even better price. She did not press me with any home and was patient while still helping me to get everything that I wanted and needed. She made the process so smooth especially for a first time homebuyer with not that much experience in home ownership. I would definitely refer anyone i come across who is looking to buy or sell to her!

Wonderful experience, we could not ask for a better realtor. First time homebuyer and so lucky to have Ms. Brady as our realtor. Very knowledgeable and it truly shows her many years of experience. I have worked with Brady on a few homes (Buying and selling) and every time has been great! She has made the process so easy and always there to do whatever is needed and answer any questions. The most recent house purchase we were not even looking, saw a home and wanted to see it. Within a few hours Brady showed it to us, we fell in love, made an offer that night and got it the next day. We had to sell our condo QUICK which she got on the marked within a day and sold within 2! Overall, she worked so hard to get us the new house and sold our existing in 30 days. What could have been so stressful she made super easy! i would NOT hesitate to go to her. Her knowledge of real estate and the process and the service she provides is top notch!

Brady was a God sent to myself and my family . I met Brady just from getting random
emails from her and we kicked this journey on our house search with her, although it’s been about 4 years since we started looking for a house to buy but with the back and forth Brady was awesome and never felt like we were a bother to her, she always took her time to come for showings and explained all our questions clearly. We finally purchased a home we desired and we love every bit of her input. I started having contact with Brady in May of 2014 . We started having emails back and fourth about purchasing property and all prices on building She was amazing with how quickly she responded with prices and all her knowledge of the industry which led us to trust her professionally and feeling comfortable ..With this great amazing journey with Brady we purchased land (dec 2014) we have a contract through her to build, I gave Brady my home listing in Jan 2015 ( which she had 3 months to sell it ) and she sold it in 42 days AND she concord an odd closing which she never dealt with before !!
