As a first-time home buyer (now OWNER), Braedyn invested much time in helping me understand the process, the risks and, most of all, the rewards of this journey. He was professional, fun and interactive. For example, when I listed several homes I wanted to see, he put together a dossier booklet with full color details of each property we were seeing and toured each one, helping me develop the right eyes for what I was looking for. When, finally, the right home came along, we jumped. He helped me feel confident. Negotiations went mostly smooth and he ensured the transaction was as easy and fair as possible (which it was 110%). Whenever I'm ready to move again, he's my guy and he should be yours.

Braedyn is the most professional, outgoing, and skilled broker I have ever been referred to! His talents were evident when he found our unique and amazing apartment we quickly nicknamed the Braedyn special. He was responsive and was able steer my fiance and I away from horrible rentals that looked great in ads. He was punctual and always on time to showings. After our initial appointment with him he orchestrated showings that were really close to what we wanted! As much as all the apartments we looked at were great we ultimately ended choosing our apartment due to location which was minutes from both of our jobs. Being that this was our first apartment search in Chicago, we originally were terrified to search on our and had no idea were to start. Fortunately for us, we were reffered to Braedyn and he was by our side guiding us to our dream home!
