Brandon Banks has over 5 years of residential and commercial real estate experience in various fields. This includes but is not limited to: residential sales and listing, commercial sales, leasing, property management, project management, and investor procurement.
In 2020, Brandon co-founded and manages the mogul real estate team, Spacematch at Coldwell Banker – Gold Coast. Spacematch, composed of 15 realtors, is the top 1.5% in large teams’ sales volume in Illinois totaling over 35 million annually1. In 2021, Brandon’s 1st year sales volume afforded him the industry’s Rookie of the Year, City nomination, which he was a top 3 finalist of 10 selected2.
Brandon is an active member of NAR, National Association of Realtors, and the more localized CAR, Chicago Association of Realtors. In 2022, he received his ABR, Accredited Buyer Representation, designation, a continued educational course hyper focused on teaching realtors exceptional skills to help home buyers. The same year he received his PSA, Pricing Strategy Advisor, designation; another continued educational course this time concentrated on advanced strategies in pricing real estate more accurately and effectively.
Brandon is a centennial graduate from the selective enrollment top 100 nationally ranked Lane Technical High School3. He received his Bachelor of Business Management from Lewis University in Romeoville, IL.
