About Brandon

Brandon has been in the greater Topsail area his entire life. Growing up in Hampstead, Brandon attended Topsail’s “Schools of Excellence, “before moving on to the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Brandon captained the Men's High School soccer team to a State Championship Title and now gives back to the community by coaching its youth and volunteering at Topsail High School.

Brandon’s local roots go way back! His great great grandfather operated the first of Surf City’s bridges, a pontoon boat, shuttling people to and from Topsail Island, has had multiple generations of commercial fisherman, acres of oyster gardens and family that still remain on the Surf City Town Council.

When not practicing Real Estate or coaching Brandon tends to spend his days on the water jumping from sandbar to sandbar with his dogs, surfing, paddle boarding or just relaxing on the lovely white sand beaches of Topsail Island. There is no wonder why Brandon and the Batson family still remain in this wonderful area.
