Brandon Benner

Mr. Benner is an attorney licensed in both PA and NJ, with extensive experience in business and various commercial and residential real estate matters. His practice areas include, but are not limited to, the following real estate fields: landlord-tenant issues, zoning issues, commercial transactions, commercial/residential real estate development and approvals, mortgage modification, short sales and foreclosure defense. He has first hand experience in real estate closings and transactions, real estate development, and real estate sales and leasing. He also has a strong background in finance, which provides clients with useful insight in helping determine the feasibility of certain projects.
