Brandon was fantastic in every way. Our house sold within a day! He was also very patient with us during our house search, as Covid made the house hunt a much different experience than we expected. We lost count in how many houses we toured, but throughout it all Brandon was responsive, professional, and handled everything for us. He calmly walked us through both our home sale and home buying process and put our nerves at ease.

Brandon made selling our house easy and quick, was responsive and available when needed with good information.
While buying our new house, Brandon went above and beyond what we would ever expect of a realtor. He helped us find the right house for our unique needs during a prolonged process. He worked hard to find what we needed, and managed complicated logistics during a pandemic. Highly recommended.

Brandon and his team were a pleasure to work with --from the first meeting we had outlining his "process," down to the scheduling of property visits, guidance all throughout, and up till my recent settlement. Despite being in the midst of a pandemic, Brandon was always true to form: professional, no-bullsh*t, gave open and honest opinions when asked, and never made me feel pressured to make any kind of decision of any type at any time.

Working with Brandon was super comfortable, and we moved at a good pace. The condo market in DC is so fluid, and inventory comes in as fast as they are sold. Brandon was able to keep me on the pulse of potential options always.

I highly recommend Brandon to anyone on the market to buy a home. He'll get the job done!

Brandon is a fantastic realtor!

In home buying there's an extreme importance in communication especially when time is a factor. Brandon understands this and goes beyond the call of duty to respond to messages and calls even while on vacation! Near the end of the loan process i was surprised with a late notice of needing a termite inspection. Luckily Brandon was quick to answer and schedule it for me.

He understands the stress of the home buying process with the obtaining of loans and fulfilling so many requirements. This is why Brandon makes himself available and checks in on the process to make sure things are running smoothly.

As a first time home buyer I am appreciative of having a caring and knowledgeable person to represent me!

Ok, so Brandon is my nephew but really, all went well with the sale of my condo in Falls Church, VA. He said there was a very interested buyer and I said okay. With e-docs and e-sign it was a breeze. Thank you Brandon.
