Brandon Gallagher is a trusted commercial and residential real estate advisor serving the Greater Philadelphia and New Jersey markets. He specializes in tenant representation for industrial and office users, site selection, lease renegotiations, investment sales, and traditional home sales.

Before joining his current team, Brandon worked as a dedicated residential agent, helping over 50 families buy, sell, invest in, and lease real estate. Prior to his career in real estate, he was a Financial Advisor and Broker-Dealer in New York, where he supported the Director of Operations at a firm managing over $5 billion in assets. His financial background continues to shape his strategic, investment-minded approach to real estate.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Brandon moved to Philadelphia in 2021 to explore whether the Philly sports hype lives up to the buzz… spoiler alert: it doesn’t. A proud New Yorker at heart, he’s still adjusting to cheesesteaks over bagels.

Outside of real estate, Brandon is passionate about fitness, reading, quoting movie scenes, and spending quality time with friends and family.
