Brandon Garon

Brandon Garon was born and raised in Southern California. In 2015 his wife and him packed up and moved across the country to Lexington, South Carolina. It was a true leap of faith!

At the time there was hardly any information helping them answer the questions they wanted answered. So he began a mission to provide the best information when it comes to relocating to the midlands of South Carolina, without hiding it behind a signature on a buyer agency agreement. He wants those considering South Carolina to be able to comfortably make a decision whether or not Lexington, Columbia or the Lake Murray area is for them. He does this through videos and social media content, sharing the good the bad and the ugly, neighborhood tours, market insights and so much more! He wants to be your guide in relocating to Midlands of South Carolina!

Outside of Real Estate He is a dad of 2 sons and a husband to his beautiful wife Danielle. Prior to Real Estate, Brandon worked in many fields, from retail to food service, from a Lifeguard to a Public Water Utility. His longest trade was being EMT for 10 years both on the ambulance and in the Emergency Room. As an EMT he was awarded the Star of Life Award from California, the Lifesaver Award of Excellence from Lexington County, the Stork Award, and many other accolades. Brandon says Real Estate allows him to continue to serve and help others, but in a much more positive aspect of life.
