Brandon is knowledgeable, patient, and was willing to work around my schedule as we looked at house after house. 2022 was not an easy year to buy. It paid off and I got the house I wanted. Would not consider using anyone else on my next purchase. Great experience from beginning to end.

Brandon was our realtor when we purchased land to build a house, when we built the house and again when we sold our previous home. I’ve bought and sold many homes but I had never purchased land. There was a lot of information about purchasing land with regard to utilities, easements, combining parcels, etc. Brandon guided us seamlessly through the entire process. When it was time to sell our home, Brandon researched the comps and gave us sound advice about priciso we could sell quickly and at top market value. We had over 20 showings and multiple offers over our asking price.

During this time, my neighbor used a different realtor who priced their house way above market value. Their house sat on the market for months with very little interest/showings. After several drastic price reductions, their house is just now pending sale, at a much lower price.

Brandon has a great deal of experience buying and selling homes in this region. He was always a phone call or text away and he always gave us good/accurate advice. With 3 closings in one year, Brandon made sure the entire process was always under control.

If you are shopping for realtors, you will be doing yourself a favor choosing Brandon as your realtor. We were impressed!
