It was an absolute pleasure working with Brandon for my first home purchase. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He has experience as not only a homeowner but, he also invests in real estate so he was able to answer all of my real estate questions. We hit a few roadblocks along the way, however, he was able to work with my lender and title company to get us to the settlement. Brandon is an easy recommendation if you’re looking to purchase a home.

Brandon has helped me and my partner find our first apartment. He was pretty good at figuring out what we wanted in an apartment and the location. He was really quick in sending us listings, setting up tours, and meeting up with us to go on tours. He made the whole experience easy. My two room mates and I had Brandon as a landlord for a 4 month period in Northern Philadelphia. For starters, he was very accommodating to the fact that we only needed the place for 4 months, most other landlords don't ever go below 6 or 12. Secondly he's a great communicator, we were constantly texting throughout the rental period about the timing of rent and cost of utilities. He is very transparent and honest. Lastly, he was understanding enough to allow me pay rent a couple days late one time, which I really appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend Brandon as a real estate manager.

As an out of state, first time homebuyer looking for an investment property, I relied heavily on Brandon. I worked with realtors in other markets before but Brandon was the first realtor I actually felt comfortable with. He was knowledgeable, honest, provided non-sugar coated feedback, and responded promptly. After learning about the type of investment I was interested in, he helped narrow down the neighborhoods that fit my criteria. He toured so many homes with me virtually that I lost count. He was as invested as I was in my search for the perfect home. He was patient and helped me understand certain aspects of the home purchase that my lender and insurance agent did not. I knew I was working with a skilled realtor because my offers were almost always one of the top offers that sellers were choosing between. One sellers agent even made a comment about how creative our offer was!
