Brandon and Spencer worked hard for us nearly 4 years ago to help us buy our home in Az., and we put our trust in them again this year to sell that same home! We loved the house and the property, but it was time for us to move closer to our grandchildren, and we knew just who to call to get it listed and in contract!
The Stockbridge team did a fantastic job marketing our home with gorgeous professional photos, including drone shots. They listed it in multiple places and within just a few days after coming to market we had multiple offers! They worked their negotiating magic while dealing with some tricky issues, and we closed in record time!
We will always be grateful for their kindness, patience and professionalism! Also a special thanks to June Stockbridge who went above and beyond for us!

Quite frankly, the process of finding and getting our new home utilyzing the Stockbridge team - was amazing! First, Brandon and his team all welcomed us with open arms, and then proceeded to help us jump through all the appropriate hoops needed to successfully purchase our new home.
Their information was spot on. Their advice was understandable as well as appropriate. Fact is, we couldn't have asked for an easier or faster experience through bidding, escrow and taking possession of our home in December of 2021. The Stockbridge Teams efforts and support were evident right up until the day we finally arrived at our new home and found a nice warm and cozy place to fall into after the long drive. Brandon and his team offered my wife and I a first class service when we were searching for a home in Northern Arizona. Our move from California took almost 12 months. Brandon was patient, understanding and always available to answer our questions and show us suitable homes when we were able to visit Arizona. He gave us a comfort level assuring us that how ever long it took us, we would find our next home in Prescott. And we did!

Brandon Stockbridge was born and raised in the Sedona area.
He knows Sedona corner to corner. He is definitely the small town,
friendly realtor with lifelong connections to the most beautiful real estate on the planet! What most tourists miss is the "real" Sedona. The parts of Sedona that only locals visit. Brandon knows the history and the geography! His appreciation for the entire Sedona landscape is genuine!
During our 16 years of home ownership in this amazing city we met several "high end" realtors, many of whom were transplants from larger cities. We wanted better for our home! We definitely found that in Brandon!!!

We needed to sell my mothers condo, but we own a high volume business, so we didn't have the time to research realtors. Brandon came very highly recommended from a friend. He meet with us on our schedule and was very helpful. The condo was put up for sale on his website on a Friday and we accepted an offer (over asking) on Sunday. We came across Janae a few months ago when we inquired about purchasing a home in the Cottonwood area. First impressions mean everything, and she shined in the spotlight. She was very kind, informative, respectful, and attentive to our questions and concerns. We didn’t purchase the home in Cottonwood but made sure to keep her contact information at hand when we found the right home.
Not too long after, we found a home in the Clarkdale in which we fell in love with. We called Janae and she got to work right away to make it all happen. She took such great care of us, we were left speechless. She was with us every single step of the way, always maintaining contact with us, keeping us updated, and just ensuring we were having the most pleasant and trouble free experience possible. We closed on this home just a few days ago, and our wonderful experience is still resonating within our family. Could not be happier with our experience with Brandon and his team (Briana) as our buyer's agent! Very knowledgeable...knows the territory well, and knows the neighbors in most cases (grew up around here and has much knowledge and history to draw from). He is a true professional in this field: Prompt and on time, answers the phone or calls right back if he is tied up, hard to rattle (I'm sure I over-pestered him but he handled it like a true pro), very smooth and calm, and brings a wealth of experience with negotiation insights to the table.
