Brandon Ziska

Prior to his Real Estate career, Brandon Ziska graduated from Salisbury University with a degree in Marketing from the Perdue School of Business. Along with academic achievements, Ziska played collegiate Ice Hockey and National championship Rugby for SU. While attending College, Ziska’s interest in Real Estate grew through a variety of intern roles in the industry, ranging from leasing assisting with sales, and property management.


Brandon Ziska began in Real Estate in 2006, focusing on Residential Development initially, completing well-known custom eastern shore neighborhoods including East Fields, Meadowbridge Estates, and Rowen's Mill Gated Community. After several years of new home custom floor plan design and residential sales, Ziska branched out into secondary residential real estate client representation, commercial development, commercial sales, leasing and assisting both buyers and sellers in a variety of Real Estate and Business transactions.


Ziska is a full-service Real Estate agent, licensed and representing clients in both MD & DE. With experience in 1031 exchange, Retail, Industrial, Professional office, ground-up development, Farm & Land transactions, there is no deal too big or small for this Commercial advisor. Ziska represents several large franchises in the MD & DE markets exclusively and specializes in "Off Market" transactions.
