Brandy Buzinski is a licensed realtor in Virginia and Maryland, and is affiliated with Long & Foster realtors, working almost exclusively from her home office. Brandy has lived in the area since 1994. Her business philosophy is based on honesty, loyalty, and facilitation.
Brandy works with a wide spectrum of clients, but her focus is largely on military and government clients. This is influenced most by her background. She served 8 years in the Air Force (Bolling AFB and the Pentagon) and worked as a civilian with Army Special Forces officers (Army Human Resources Command, formerly in Alexandria) before transferring to real estate full-time. Her husband is retired from the AF and working as a FAA contractor. Her dad retired from the Navy after 24 years. Her father-in-law retired from the Army after almost 30 years and retired as an Army contractor. Her mother-in-law, who was a Marine/Navy contractor, also now is retired. As a result, Brandy has a fair understanding of military, federal civilian, and contractor lifestyles, needs, VA loans, etc. She also really enjoys working with first-time home buyers.
