About Brandy

Brandy’s real estate career began in 1999, and she immediately fell in love with this business. My first year began as a licensed assistant, as a buyer’s agent to top producer Donna Tidwell. The next year, she became a full-time buyer’s agent, while also managing a new construction subdivision. With each year, she has successfully continued to grow her business working with buyers, sellers, and builders. In the midst of working full time, she was also a full-time student and received her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Clayton State University in 2006. Throughout her seventeen years in real estate, Brandy has gained a great deal of experience in all parts of real estate including (but not limited to): new construction, resale listings, foreclosures, short sales, land, buyers’ agency, and rentals. She works diligently with each client to understand their needs and concerns and walk them through each part of the buying/selling process.

She is happy that in this season of her career, all of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals. She prides herself in doing a great job and making her clients feel comfortable in all aspects of buying, selling, or renting real estate. Her goal has always been to have clients for life.
